Storage Locker Rescue Policies
Many items listed by Storage Locker Rescue, (further referred to as “SLR”), derive from the public.  You should consider such items "used" unless otherwise noted.

A description and picture accompany each listing. Any such description represents SLR’s good faith opinion of the condition or other characteristics and properties of the product, based upon a visual inspection and such other activities deemed appropriate.  While SLR endeavors to accurately describe and portray the product, such assessment is subjective in nature and SLR’s opinion concerning the condition or other characteristics and properties of product is not a representation or warranty. SLR does not own or use the vast majority of goods sold, and as such cannot supply the type of information one might expect from a manufacturer or owner. Accordingly, an assessment by the purchaser or any third party of the condition of product may not match the opinion of SLR.

Do not make assumptions regarding any features, functionality or additional parts not pictured or described. In addition, note that the original manufacturers as well as warranties for all product listed may be considered old or out-of-date and therefore no longer supported. SLR will not accept return requests in these occurrences. All products are sold “as is”, “where is” and cannot be returned.

SLR will not authorize returns on items under any circumstance.  SLR WILL NOT reimburse the buyer for ANY costs associated with repairs or modification of product from condition in which it was originally received.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY (Items being picked up.)

You shall assume responsibility for products you have purchased which includes but is not limited to; inspection of goods immediately upon pickup of the item. Once the item has left the premises of SLR it is yours and no return will be possible.

SLR will not sell products that are deemed Prohibited Property. SLR is very meticulous identifying and removing and destroying such items.

Again, SLR will not approve returns of any product under any circumstances. Inspect your purchases BEFORE leaving the premises of SLR!   As in all instances of buying used products – “Buyer Beware.”

ITEMS BEING SHIPPED

SLR is very careful when packaging an item for shipment. If the item being purchased is more than $50.00 it is suggested that you add the appropriate amount of insurance for the item. Any item that is broken or damaged in any way must be dealt with by the shipping company, not SLR.

As state above, all items are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. Any questions regarding the item should be asked BEFORE the item is shipped. Once it leaves the property of SLR the item will not be returnable.
