Vintage German Stein, "Zum Andenken"
German Lithophane Bottom Stein - Period Picture of Man & Woman with a baby at a table.

This stein is in "showpiece" condition. If you love steins or know someone who would love a collector's quality stein as a holiday gift, then this would be the stein for you!  This is a wonderful antique pewter lidded lithophane bottom stein. When the stein is empty and held to the light there's a lithophane image of a man and woman that's holding a baby sitting at a table.  

Beautiful design work on the pewter lid and beautiful floral decoration on the stein.There is also a band across the middle with writing - "Zum Andenken" (zum andenken means memory, souvenir or token).
